Hypnobirthing focuses on the connection between the body and the mind and how we can use this to our advantage in pregnancy and birth. Using relaxations, hypnobirthing works to eliminate any fear you may have about childbirth, and focuses on having a calm experience that you can be in control of.
The Calm Births Course is a birth education programme designed to help you achieve the calm, gentle and safe birth that your body was designed for. The Calm Births course uses a combination of Hypnotherapy techniques and practical Antenatal Education, providing a balanced experience to make you both excited, prepared and calm about the birth experience.

When should I attend? It is best to attend the classes when you are between 20 and 32 weeks of pregnancy
Where are the classes held? I prefer to do the classes in your own home as this is the environment where you feel most relaxed
Who will be at the classes? You will attend the classes with your birth partner
How long is the course? The course is spread over 4 session which are about 2 hours each
You will leave the course feeling calm, in control, prepared, relaxed and excited about your labour.
